1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

• Enquiry, booking and registration forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country of residence and your message, used to answer you and provide our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Farmer registration: name, phone/WhatsApp number, community and district, farm size, crops and the services you're interested in, used to contact you, assess your needs and provide seeds, training or input credit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Quote requests and project enquiries: your name, organisation, contact details, location and the details of your request, used to prepare a quote or reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Email updates: your email address, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Consultation bookings: handled by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter when booking.
• Server logs and analytics: our host (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Spam protection: forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Service providers

We use processors bound by data processing agreements: Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content management and storage of enquiries), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (booking) and Cloudflare (spam protection). Some are based outside the EU; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Our company in Ghana

We work together with Elbon EduConsults Ltd, Tamale, Ghana, our company in Ghana. If your enquiry or registration concerns services delivered in Ghana, we share it with Elbon EduConsults Ltd so they can help you. Ghana is outside the EU, so this happens only where it is necessary to provide the services you ask for (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Enquiries are deleted 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case statutory retention periods apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@elbonmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Embedded booking (Cal.com) and spam protection (Cloudflare) may set technically necessary cookies when you use them.
